Zambia's Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) was adopted by the ESAAMLG Council of Ministers through a round robin process in June 2019
The Report provides a summary of the AML/CFT measures in place in the Republic of Zambia as at the date of the on-site visit [25 June - 06 July 2018]. It analyses the level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations and the level of effectiveness of Zambia’s AML/CFT system, and provides recommendations on how the system could be strengthened.
